The Re-Store Warehouse Effective Date: September 13, 2026

Welcome to therestorewarehouse.com (the “Site”), operated by The Re-Store Warehouse, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Fayetteville, North Carolina (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this Site, or by using our donation pickup, kitchen design, or contact services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Services

The Re-Store Warehouse accepts donated furniture, cabinets, appliances, lighting, and renovation supplies, which are resold to the public, with net proceeds supporting local charitable partners in Cumberland County. We also offer:

Free pickup for qualifying donations
A kitchen design program featuring new, donated cabinetry
A retail warehouse where donated and new items are available for purchase

2. Donations

All donations are voluntary and, once accepted, become the property of The Re-Store Warehouse to sell, use, or dispose of at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet our donation guidelines, is damaged, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.
Pickup scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team; submitting a request does not guarantee pickup on a specific date or time.
Donors are responsible for ensuring donated items are legally theirs to give and free of liens or other claims.
We do not guarantee any specific valuation of donated goods. Donors seeking a tax deduction are responsible for their own valuation and documentation in accordance with applicable tax law.

3. Purchases

Items sold at our warehouse or through our online inventory listings are sold “as-is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law.
Prices, availability, and inventory are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for the installation, assembly, or suitability of any item purchased for a buyer’s particular use.

4. Kitchen Design Consultations

Kitchen design consultations are offered as a service to help customers select and plan cabinetry; scheduling a consultation does not obligate either party to proceed with a purchase.
Final pricing, materials, and timelines will be confirmed directly with our team and are not guaranteed by any information on this Site.

5. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
